Today I opened the site "larepubblica" and, on the front page, I found a nice little surprise, an article worthy of the worst enemy of the Serb propaganda, disinformation, combined with the planned and lucid sign of the times we live in, which are courses which will run in front of which little remains to be done to us poor, sad and lonely Don Quixote we go behind the pretense of fair and accurate information and, above all, truth (ah, this unknown!).
So, to no avail of course, but still stubbornly, ho voluto scrivere una lettera al direttore, alla rubrica delle lettere e alla redazione de larepubblica.it. Ve la riporto qui,anche perchè difficilmente la leggerete altrove.
"Posso dirlo che avete da tempo superato la soglia dell'indecenza, per quanto riguarda l'approccio al tema ex Jugoslavia?
Oggi questo articolo in prima pagina (http://www.repubblica.it/esteri/2010/11/05/news/tadic_vukovar-8766359/) sulle scuse di Tadic, così come tanto spazio avete dedicato al simbolo del male (sottintendendo male uguale Serbia) Ivan il terribile e non una parola sulle scuse del presidente croato Josipovic per eccidi compiuti dai croati neosecessionisti, precedenti a Vukovar. Scuse fatte in contemporanea alla visita di Tadic!
And all this after having zero space devoted to news of the earthquake yesterday, which has been Haiti, thankfully (but maybe some of you, the school of Adriano Sofri, at this point I think if you wish), but that at least with respect to information having a common reader is expected to find.
really no hope and no more words (and now, even without any more interest for your work if that is in bad faith here, it can definitely be elsewhere)..
